Possession Management
With increasing pressures in the Rail Industry to deliver scheduled maintenance, track renewals or safety improvements on time and within budget the project management and planning for possessions has become a vital requirement.
Here at the Bridgen Group we are proud of our achievements and our team have won many commendations for the quality and consistency of work that we have produced and delivered.
Our SPICOPs are now heavily involved in planning their own possessions, identified at the T3 Meetings and work very closely with the Network Rail Possession Managers throughout the new “End to End” process of planning and delivering possessions.
The SPICOPs hold their own PICOP Meetings so they are fully conversant with everything that is planned for their Possession, along with any contingencies and late changes.
Our skilled tracks teams include possession planners, site supervisors, risk managers, line managers, SPICOP and PICOP, engineering supervisors, PC and COSS, lookouts and site wardens.
